This legendary coffee is a rich, full bodied dark roast with Dark chocolate, liquorice, and ceder notes in the cup , syrupy mouthfeel. Coffees like this one from the southern part of the Indonesian island of Flores are admired for their complex aromatic wood and fruit notes that appear to result largely from unorthodox fruit removal and drying practices called “wet hulling.”
