Our direct trade Haitian Blue Zombie comes from the mountainous Savane Zombie region of southeastern Haiti, where smallholder farmers grow coffee at around 1,300 meters. This exceptional lot earned 92 points from Coffee Review in 2021, making it the highest-rated Haitian coffee reviewed by Coffee Review at the time, and is also a Golden Bean Award winner.
Roasted to a full medium, it offers a distinctive combination of bright lemongrass, rich roasted hazelnut, and smooth caramel sweetness. It's complex, balanced, and truly something special.
