Haitian Blue Zombie Desert was selected as the No. 27 coffee on Coffee Review's list of the Top 30 Coffees of 2021, receiving an 87-point score. The Blue Zombie is also the highest-scoring Haitian coffee ever and a Golden Bean medal winner. 

The coffee is sourced from the Savane Zombie cooperative in northern Haiti, a mountain town where urban legend suggests that witch doctors once raised the dead.  Another reason that we love roasting this coffee is that this direct trade model ensures farmers receive significantly higher wages than Fair Trade minimums (up to 300% higher). 

We take this prestigious coffee to a medium roast to draw out a exceptional creamy body with one of the most incredible aromas while it's brewing.
