Ilamatepec is the Indigenous name associated with Santa Ana Volcano—the highest volcano in El Salvador—rising above a lush mountain landscape known for specialty grade coffee cultivation.

We take this high-grown coffee to a medium roast, allowing its natural sweetness to shine while developing a rich body. In the cup, toasted pecan and dark chocolate provide a warm, nutty richness and a lovely note of sweet orange.
