Unlike the traditional washed process common in Burundi, these natural coffees are dried within the cherry fruit, resulting in a distinctively sweet, jammy, and fruit-forward profile. We take this beautiful coffee to a medium roast and bring out the notes of rose, pineapple and tart raspberries
