Bolivia Peaberry Direct Trade/Organic

Peaberry beans are a natural mutation (about 3-10% of a crop) where the coffee cherry produces a single, rounded bean instead of two flat seeds. This shape allows them to roll more easily and absorb flavors more uniformly during drum roasting, which many believe results in a more concentrated flavor.  We take this beauty to a medium roast level, accentuating it's subtle red apple notes and incredible aromatics.
