Uganda Mt.Elgon Anerobic fermintation

A Medium roast coffee with a complex wine-like acidity and fruity sweetness. Using a new processing method, the cherries are placed in barrels to ferment before washing. This brings about more complexity in the resulting coffees with notes of french melon & pink lemonade.
