Coffee of the Week: Rwanda Peaberrry

This is a light-medium roast with notes of sweet tea, peach, honey and tangerine. Peaberries account for 5% of the world coffee harvest, they occur when only one seed develops inside of a coffee cherry as opposed to the more common two seeds per cherry. The result is a small, round coffee bean with a more concentrated sweetness.
